Cancellation Policy

At Doodle-Inn, I understand that life can get a little unpredictable — plans change, schedules shift, and sometimes things just come up. My goal is to be as flexible as possible while also making sure every pup gets the care and attention they deserve.

48-Hour Notice

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. This gives me a chance to offer your spot to another client who may need care.

 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled visit will be charged 50% of the total service fee.

 Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or I arrive and can’t access your home, the full service fee will apply.

Holiday Bookings

During busy holiday seasons, a 7-day notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Because these dates fill up quickly, late cancellations will be charged in full.
